Rachel Khoo Chouquettes

- 170 ml water
- 170 ml milk
- 100 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teapsoon salt
Boil water milk butter sugar salt
Add 170 grams flour
Stir to cool then eggs 4.
Use piping bag to make little dollops.
Sprinkle Icing sugar over them.
Oven at 170 C or 338 F for 20 minutes.
