* Solid understanding of the needs of Network Operations Centers. | |||
* Ability to diagnose network or datacenter issues. | |||
* Experience with OSS technologies such as software deployment, rpm packages, yum, chef, puppet, | |||
* Proven experience in a technical role. | |||
* Excellent Unix scripting skills primarily Perl and Bourne shell. | |||
* Excellent TCP/IP networking skills with technical knowledge of firewalls, routers and load balancers. Knowledge of common protocols and technologies (e.g. Ethernet, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, LDAP, MQ, Active Directory, Kerberos). | |||
