Prepared Chick peas / Chole / Channa

  • garam masala
  • coriander leaves
  • cumin
  • amchur ( sourness , mango powder)
  • red chillies
  • corriander powder
  • tamarind chutney

Tarkha - in seperate pan fry:

  • oil
  • ghee
  • ajuwain
  • 2 inch ginger ( juliian
  • dry pomegrate
  • 3 clove garlic
  • green chielie
  • red chillie powder

Cook quickly on high.

Then add to chole.

Add water as needed , depending what level of gravy you like.
