ROAD (reward, objective setting, assessment, development)
1. Accountability
Accepts responsibility for own actions and decisions and demonstrates commitment to accomplish work in an ethical, efficient and cost-effective manner. 2. Team Player

Commentary
I like this system it's one of the best I've seen. A dirrect link between company values and things you should do to get recognized.
Some of the line items are a bit hokey. for example:

- Demonstrates a positive attitude by being upbeat, constructive and helpful"
- this can be tough with depression and several chornically broken systems. ( for example planning, budgeting, and communication, all out side the remit of line staff such as myself. †)
† - that said I really think that even though one might be a line staff memeber , a great challenge is to see if you can influence the business. Which I think is possibly, just not via explicit remit.
