Heya,

I've read through the stuff , including the addenum, and it looks good.

I do have some items that I'd like to get clairified.

First off , there is some metnion of eligible commissions. what are my eligible commissions?

The overtime pay is pussyfooted around, but then it's firm about needed me to work overtime. If it's going to put numbers on the extra time expected , I think it's reasonable that compensation for that extra time be outlined. What's the policy? Overtime pay? Time in leiu? Do we get a choice?

Also can I get a copy of the Benifits Package? what's the waiting period for benifits? With a kid on the way I need to minimize the time that I'm not covered.

The expenses section is great but it's not clear if I can use that "parking allowance" toward metropass. Can i get that in writing?

Also I need in writing what you can agree to with respect to time off right when the kid is born. I'd like to take 2 weeks at home: 1 week off , 1 week work from home when the kid is born. Then 10 months later I'd like to take 2 month official parental leave. What is the parental leave policy? Is there any sort of top up on Goverment cover? Are there any child care benifits?

I'd like to see something in writing about working from home, some sort of minimum and maximum.

For my number of years of experience the amount of vacation is low relative to the industry. It should be about 18 days ( 3 days difference ). I'm not too bothered about it , but I thought I should point it out.

How do vacation days change with years of service?

What RRSP program do you have?

I think those are my outstanding questions.

I'm keen to get started.
