  1. normalize
  2. noise removal
  3. click removal
  4. split tracks
  5. export to mp3

Normalize

Effect > Volume and Compression > Normalize

noise removal

Use Effect > High Pass Filter with a setting of 24 dB per octave roll-off, and a cutoff frequency of 20 - 30 Hz

click removal

split tracks

export to mp3

1. select all

2. analyze -> plot spectrum

trial and error process, find a peak, note it's frequency 10902Hz

then efect -> notch filter frequency = 10902 , then bottom slider all the way to 20
