change where screen shots are dropped

by default they are dropped in ~/Desktop

File Scrolling preview

Instead of opening a picture in Preview.app by double-clicking it, just press space to preview the picture when selected in Finder.

To un-minimize all windows, press Option ⌥+Return ↩
