  • 170 ml water
  • 170 ml milk
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teapsoon salt

Boil water milk butter sugar salt

Add 170 grams flour

Stir to cool then eggs 4.

Use piping bag to make little dollops.

Oven at 170 C or 338 F

20 minutes.
