Anaology - Criteria:

Delivering breakfast

  1. Scheduled Delivery time
  2. acceptable quality level
  3. lowest possible cost

I would modulate this slightly:

  1. Agreed Delivery time
  2. Agreed Quality
  3. Agreed cost, given the above criteria

So why do devss get to play by these rules but devops does not?
