Hey. I've used Spoonflower and a local company called The Emerson Group.
Spoonflower has more types of fabric, but if you select non-cotton, you pay duties on delivery (US company).

Process - I create a repeat pattern (I use Illustrator or Photoshop) and upload a hi res jpg or .eps according
to specs provided by the company. Both companies use a digital print process using water based dyes
