... and trust me , I should know.

Heirarchy

In order of magnitude:

  1. Poor fail
  2. Common fail
  3. Uncommon fail
  4. Rare fail
  5. Epic fail
  6. Legendary fail
  7. Heirloom fail

Soulbound Fail

Fails that follow you into the afterlife.

Fail Durability

Some fails stick more tenaciously than others. Spelling mistakes on the wiki are ephemeral and can't be sold to NPCs for gold. Spelling mistakes in in-line docs in code are slightly less ephemeral and imply at least a new revision.

Some fails manage to work their way deep in to the fabric of our lives. These fails are highly durable and tough to remove without stiff medicine.
