Houseplants

Overview

Over the years I have learned to take care of various house plants. I have more success with some than with others. For example I can't for the life of me keep African Violets alive.

Here are some notes about plants I grow.

Anthurium

Donated as a single plant by my sister-in-law. She did not like it. It was doing fine at her place for the longest time. I think it just didn't go with her decor. Either way I like it. It's donw well in the indirect light from the Dining room windows, to the point where I've split the plant into two pots. And one is flowering. David 21:53, 29 June 2012 (EDT)
