Yes - It's part of our process.

No - But I wish I did.

Yes - We do it by hand

Yes - We have a Budget for this.

Yes - But we struggle to secure a budget

No - But I could be convinced.

7. Do you want to be able to Choose cloud provider without the risk of lock-in?

Yes - Being able to move from Cloud to cloud is important to me.

No - I'm ok with choosing a cloud provider and sticking with it.

Unsure - I'm not sure that the rick of "lock-in" is.

8. What are your expecations about how Cloud can reduce your costs?

I can significantly reduce my costs.

I can modestly reduce my costs.

I may or may not reduce my costs - that's ok there are other reasons that bring me to cloud.

My costs will go up, so I'm staying away.

My costs will go up, but I want all of the things cloud gives me. It's worth it.

9. Would it be valuable for you to be able to "bake in" IT policy into your IT.

Yes - Our policies are complicated and we'd get value from that.

No - Our policies are complicated and it would be costly to do that.

Yes - We do that already.

No - But we are interested in doing this.
