trying to read a "pdf" file from government of canada.
The file reads:
opening the file.
- as of today - chrom complains at me.
- I didn't want to install adobe pdf reader as it's a security hole.
- tried "PDF-XChange Viewer" aka PDFXVwer and tha twas not able to read the file.
