Tons of small settlements on islands that couldn't be provided w schools or health care etc. Interesting that Internet not helping those smaller places today. - I've always thought that there is an opportunity for aboriginals in Internet technology. Lay a big fat Internet pipe , then training online, employment online. No relocation. New skills. Empowerment. Global recognition. I feel like that big Internet pipe would need to be federally funded.
